AWANA is an international, nondenominational, Bible-centered youth organization. The acronym A-W-A-N-A stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed" from II Tim. 2:15. The heart of AWANA is the gospel message.

Ministry Team
I was brought up in a morally sound home and went to church as a child. At the age of seven I realized my need for a personal relationship with Jesus. My dad led me through a simple prayer and that was the start of Jesus using me for His kingdom. I started out at the age of eighteen as a youth and music pastor and have been involved in church work ever since. I am glad that God has brought my family and myself to Grass Valley and especially New Covenant where we can help children and teens learn about God's love for them. I look forward to helping you along the journey that God has prepared for each one of you.
